Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship

We ship live fish two ways:

UPS Overnight (door-to-door) Your fish ship in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed. Packages leave our facility Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Delivery is the following morning.

Southwest Air Cargo (airport-to-airport) The faster option for long distances and large orders. You pick up at your nearest participating Southwest Airlines cargo facility. We'll send you the tracking number and cargo pickup details once the shipment is booked. This method works best for orders of 10 or more fish, or for buyers located near a Southwest hub.

When We Ship

Orders placed Monday–Wednesday ship the same week. Orders placed Thursday–Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We don't ship Thursday or Friday — weekend delays in transit kill fish, and we won't risk it.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival on all eligible species. If a fish arrives dead:

  1. Photograph the fish in the bag, unopened, immediately upon delivery
  2. Submit the claim within 2 hours of your delivery scan — no exceptions
  3. Email the photo and your order number to us
  4. We'll issue store credit or a replacement on the next available ship date

Some sensitive or restricted species are excluded from the guarantee — this is noted on the individual product page before you purchase. If it's not noted as excluded, it's covered.

Local Pickup

We're at 886 Jackson Avenue, Winter Park FL 32789. Contact us before coming — we're appointment-preferred so your order is ready when you arrive. No shipping fees on pickup orders.

State Restrictions

Certain species are restricted or prohibited in specific states. The buyer is responsible for knowing their local regulations before placing an order. We cannot refund orders for fish that are legal in Florida but restricted in your state.
